When it comes to the business of custom software solutions, up-front pricing is practically impossible. However, we do provide some generalities on this page for one’s guidance. The purpose of this web-page is to provide one some sense on what we can offer, how our pricing works, and some other tidbits of information that may help one decide to choose us or not.
We understand that most people do not understand this new world of technology, but we will help guide you and to help you prosper in this new digital age, if you let us. Despite the nature of this type of business, we go that extra kilometer (at least) to make this digital age quantum mechanics as plain English as much as possible (as it should be) and at least provide some idea of pricing.

Consultations
Consultations are free-of-charge (no strings attached). Depending on one’s geographic location, scheduling/timezone, personal/business preferences, and numerous other factors, one of several consultation formats are available – email, telephone, SMS/MMS text, tele-conference (computer video+audio chat), in-person, and on-site. A good starting point is to send us a message on the “Contact Us” page.
By the end of a consultation (depending on the project type), one will either know the price up-front, know the hourly-rate + time-frame, or have a “formula” (with an explanation and reason) for the pricing of one’s project.
We serve all industries, business sectors, countries, organizations, people, hobbies, etc. (as permitted by international, national, regional, and local legal laws and the laws of physics). As long as one can and is paying (and we have the resources to do the thing), we will work hard towards making the idea a reality. During a consultation, one may receive opinions on the feasibility and viability of whatever one’s idea is, but that is merely our feedback to you to do with as you will (we do not take advantage of society’s struggle to navigate the digital-age). After the consultation, if one still feels confident about the “game plan” to solve their need, we feel we are the ones that can do it, and we have agreed on a price and payment plan, then we can move on to the next steps.
Reaching Out to Us
When sending us a message via the “Contact Us” page and filling in the “Message” field, if you are unsure how to start – no problem, we got you. Below is a list of minimum requirements, recommendations, and other pointers to help get you started. Once we have received and read your message, you will be contacted (as soon as we can) via email (by default) or (where possible) the method stated by you in the message.
- Do not share confidential, trade, business, corporate, military, proprietary, intellectual, nor any other data, information, secret, etc.. We work hard towards keeping our infrastructure secure, but at least get to know us first before giving us that kind of data.
- At a bare minimum, provide a brief and general description of what you or your business is needing and the desired/predicted/projected time-frame. In other words, what is the problem, pain-in-the-ass, legal requirement, goal, etc. that has caused you to seek software solutions and when is the solution needed/desired?
- Save the bulk of the technical, legal, and other requirements for the consultation, but do feel free to share one or two of the largest problems/blockers/issues.

- Minimum $50 hourly rate or (for ideas that are easy to implement) a minimum lump-sum of $500
- If you imagined it, we can create it or (at least) provide a list of what we would need to do to birth one’s idea
- Typically, creating new software from nothing for a specific need cannot be estimated accurately up-front
- Machine-learning/”AI”/Neural-Nets
- Minimum $200
- A custom neural-net is created and trained for the need
- Pricing and time depends on one’s need, the data being processed, training data-set (creation, obtaining, cleaning, etc.), and the desired kind of data outputted from the software
- WordPress Modifications
- Minimum $50
- Whether you need a custom plugin, a new look/skin/theme, SEO, spam-resistance, new page, a minor little CSS tweak, fix an annoying bug, or whatever else is needed, just ask (chances are, we got your back).
- Pricing is typically by project (for simple projects) or per-hour (for more complex modifications)
How We Work Together
Primarily, we work on a 1099 (contractor) basis (just like when one has a plumber come on-site to fix plumbing). We are open to the idea of corp-to-corp (C2C). We do not work for others under any other basis (i.e. no W2).
The exact nature (head-in-the-weeds) way we work for/with another entity largely depends on the project and needs of the client (i.e. you). We do strive to keep security at its best and confidentiality at its tightest (again, legally permitting). The consultation will provide the most information on the topic of what it looks like for us to deliver a solution to one’s needs.
